History: (as with Crona, going based off of the Soul Eater anime as opposed to the manga and tweaking it a bit since I made it so that Crona didn't die like he really did in the anime. Bare with me. ^^; )
Maka was one of the best students at the DWMA, taking after her mother and learning to become a meister at the academy with her partner Soul Eater. She had almost achieved her goal of being able to turn Soul into the next Death Scythe, but ultimately failed to do so when they obtained a soul of a cat with magic powers who was named Blair. As a result of this, she and Soul were forced to start their soul collecting all over again. Neither she nor Soul was happy about this.
Despite this turn of events, though, Maka was able to spend more time with her and Soul's friends... namely Tsubaki, Black*Star, Kid, Patty, and Liz. She and Soul continued to work hard toward their goal of making Soul a Death Scythe. She was shaken one night, however, when she and Soul encountered a boy named Crona in Rome. There was something odd about him. Something very odd indeed. It was soon discovered that the boy was a meister as well, and his weapon, the demon sword Ragnarok, was quite literally inside of him. Crona was able to beat Maka and could have killed her, but to Maka's horror Soul took the blow and was badly injured. She would have been injured further, but Professor Stein and her father, Spirit, came in to rescue them. After that, Maka became afraid of seeing Soul get hurt. She vowed to become stronger so she could prevent that from happening.
Through the process of trying to become stronger, Maka and Soul's bond briefly faltered. They were able to resolve their dispute during a fight with an immortal werewolf known only as Free. The pair of them continued to get stronger and participated in the attempt to stop the resurrection of the Kishin Asura. While doing so, they met up with Crona and Ragnarok again. While fighting him again, Maka was able to get into Crona's soul and able to find out more about him, ultimately befriending the boy and purifying his soul. Ultimately, though, they were unable to stop the resurrection of Asura.
Soon, Crona was accepted as a trial student at the academy and Maka became one of his close friends during the process. She and Soul continued to train along with Kid, Liz, Patty, Black*Star, and Tsubaki, and eventually took part in the mission to retrieve the weapon known as Brew. Ultimately it seemed as though the mission was a failure, but Maka discovered that she could use an attack that her mother had been able to pull off before known as Genie Hunter. When Crona eventually ran away after betraying the group, she was the one to find him and tell him everything would be okay. She also convinced everyone to forgive Crona because he hadn't betrayed them of his own volition.
Although Crona and Marie were the ones sent to retrieve Stein from Medusa's side, Maka and Soul followed them. Maka was worried about what was happening and wanted to help Crona. Ultimately, she ended up needing to be saved by him when Medusa was prepared to kill her. Like Crona, Maka thought that her friend was dying from his injuries. The moment Crona passed out was when she really wanted to get revenge against Medusa. She and Soul fought her fiercely and seemed to kill her, after which they headed back to the DWMA with Stein and the badly injured Crona. She played a key role along with her friends and Soul in defeating Asura, namely going up against him herself and being able to defeat him. After that, things seemed to quiet down around the DWMA.
At least, until Crona mysteriously vanished. Maka didn't know what happened, but one day Soul informed her that Crona was gone. She looked high and low for him, desperate to find her good friend, but found no trace of him or Ragnarok anywhere. It was then that word of Medusa still being alive sprung up. Fearing for Crona's safety, Maka decided to go after Medusa herself. Soul advised against it, as did Tsubaki, Black*Star, Liz, Kid, and Patty, but Maka was determined to find Crona and get another chance at killing Medusa. So, she left the DWMA and headed off to the Animation Agency. She climbed the ranks fairly well, becoming a regular agent without much trouble. It was there that she learned Crona was a client. While she wanted to take up the task of being Crona's protector, someone else beat her to the punch. Instead, Maka decided to devote her time to trying to track down Medusa if she could and keep an eye on Crona.
Rank: Regular agent
Allies: Soul, Black*Star, Tsubaki, Kid, Liz, Patty, Crona, and all agents
Enemies: All assassins, namely Medusa.
Partner: No partner for the moment, but I am interested in finding a partner for her unless we get someone to play Soul.
Plans: I want her to keep an eye on Silver and Crona, and obviously she should try to help take out Medusa.
Sample Post: The blonde's gaze strayed from her book, slowly wandering over to Silver after several moments. She was sure that was the man they had assigned to look after Crona. She wished it had been her, Crona was her best friend after all, but she thought she could trust the cyborg. At least, for the moment. Best not to start a conversation with him right then, anyway. It was Maka's break period, and she intended to enjoy it by getting another chapter of her book read.
A sudden gust of wind blowing past her certainly caught Maka's attention. "HEY! I'm trying to read here!" Maka snapped. The person who had gone by her as fast as they had, or rather the pegasus, stopped mid-flight and offered a sort of apologetic and yet mischievous expression. Maka opened her mouth to call after the girl, but the pegasus flew off before she could get another word out. An exasperated sigh escaped Maka after a moment, resulting in a laugh from Silver as he walked past her. "Ya oughta expect that from Rainbow Dash, lass." Silver laughed.
"Right... I know. But would it kill her to slow down a bit?" Maka asked. Oh, who was she kidding? It was just a typical day at the agency. This was completely normal.
