Physical Appearance: Ursula has pink hair that is tied into very curly pigtails, tied with purple ribbon. Her main outfit that she wears is a black shirt, a black chocker around her neck, and a red wavy and layered skirt. Along her ankle (in which the skirt covers) is a dagger being held in place. Which she hardly uses. It is only used in emergencies. However, during missions she wears a various types of outfit and sometimes has her hair straight down

Personality: Ursula puts the bee in queen bee. She is considered a mean and spoiled girl. She is consided and is pretty much a girl that would scream cheerleader. However, this is all just an act she puts on the stage. The real her is a dark trickster. She enjoys confusing her enemies or allies with riddles or questions. Ursula prefers using her trickery to get what she wants. She is very persuasive, also is flirty. She is not afraid to flirt with her enemies.
History: Ursula is Jack Spicer's little sister. She grew up with him for many years. However, after watching Jack fail time and time again at the most simplest things, she decided to leave her home. She removed her last name, she refused to be in the same family with a loser.
After taking her time she discovered pokemon. She fell in love with the creatures and left to enter contests. It was here on her journey that she met her rival Dawn.
Time and time again, she was beaten by the blue haired girl. This only pushed Ursula to get stronger and stronger. Soon though, the game of winning grew boring.
There was no way that she would return home. She found herself some how in a trance taking a train to an unknown city. The red haired girl found herself at the door of Dark Dream Agency.
Joining up, she doesn't stay around for long. She doesn't stay around for long though. Normally she is out learning information about the other spies or in combat training.

Plans: Well, i am my own rival, shocking right? If Kimiko is okay with it, i would love for her to be Courtney's partner, and possibly flirt with some of the guys on the other side.

The office party should have been less of a popular place. This was not exactly the kind of place Ursula wanted to be...not without a date anyways.
The classical music made Ursula want to throw up, she hated things like this, they weren't even worth her time. Now a night club was something more her style.
"Gorgeous, you looking for someone?" a voice yelled.
She turned and winked. "Not today Sugar." she said. "But maybe you can help me, I can't seem to find the main office..." she put on a fake innocent look
"You got it sweetie."
Ursula smirked and followed, as the man led her to the office. There it was...it was too easy. "Thanks hon. Hope you have some sweet dreams." she hit the man with an empty violin case. She slowly took the key out and unlocked the office.
"Idiot.." she muttered
i know i said no more apps in one day but i had to get my idea for her up before it went away.
