Name: "And that's for everything else"
Age: 15
Alias: None so far
Film/Televsion: How To Train Your Dragon
species: Human
weight: >.> Unhappy Astrid never tells!
height:5'1"-3"
Appearance:
A medium/long blonde beauty. She has light, bright blue eyes and bangs that cover the left side of her face. Strands of long blonde hair frame her face, coming in before the ears. Astrid wears a brown spiked headband which her bangs go over, but is over the left side of hair. Her thick blonde hair is normally worn in a braid that reaches midback, held together at the bottom by a brown piece of string. She wears a what appears to be a sort of woven greenish blue/green/brown top and a mahogany/faded scarlet skirt. The skirt is divided into 'plate' like pieces and underneath it is another brown skirt.. It's decorated with iron spikes and bird skulls around where a belt might be. She wears thread/bandage like elbow length glove type things that are fingerless. They're tied to her upper arms by another piece of brown string. She wears iron shoulder pads with more spikes and bird skulls. She also wears bluish black leggins under her skirt that go all the way down to her ankles, not that any one would know as she has large, furry, brown boots that go just a little under her knee.
Unlike the adults of her tribe she is lean and lithe, not the more muscular and stocky builds of the adults. Though she is lean, she is very strong, and though it might not appear so, muscular. Her favorite weapon is the double sided battle axe. She is seldom seen without it.
Personality:
Astrid is a determined girl, she tries hard, confident, and has her mind set on the prize. Courageous, and brave, typical viking traits. She's also smart and alert survival traits when it comes to fighting dragons. She's quiet skilled in training, fighting dragons and everything she sets her mind to appear to come easily to her, though it all starts with the determination and the stubborn set of her thoughts. Stubborn as she is, it's only natural she's suspicious, and she doesn't believe anyone has trained harder than herself. Astrid is also very violent natured, not to uncommon for her people, but not very like the fellow teens in her classes. Her favorite quote: "That's for everything else." You can only imagine the pain that, 'that' was. She's aggressive to a degree as well, in a fight, and when it comes to getting the truth.

History:
Astrid, the prime protege of dragon killing. Born in Berk, that's all she had to expect, the unceasing attacks made by the fire breathing reptilians. Learning to fight and kill dragons, training for the moment where she became a viking, to kill her first dragon. Out of all the teens in Berk, she was the most determined, and quite possibly, the best at what she did, training for long periods of time, unable to accept becoming 2nd best. For quite a long time, it looked like she'd be the first to kill a dragon, kill one in the large arena in Berk where she and the others were trained.
And than something odd happened. Hiccup, the chief's son, the boy who couldn't do much but stay out of the way, hidden in Gobber's forge, became better than her. Almost overnight. Maybe it was Astrid's suspicious nature, maybe her competitiveness, but she was unable to believe in this sudden change in the red headed teen. If he had, had one episode of amazing dragon killing talent, Astrid wouldn't be to suspicious, but he got better, increasingly. Heading off into the outskirts of Berk, and returning later on. Astrid's first thought, was that he was training with someone. But who would try and attempt to train the scrawny kid?
So being rude and abrupt as Astrid was, she followed the teen. Followed him through the forest to a small indent in the ground, where a lake was centered in. And Hiccup, wearing an odd... vest/harness contraption. The boy was a terrible liar, always had been. Hiccup was trying to distract her... except another thing caught her attention. A black dragon, something she'd never seen before. Ready to strike, Astrid hadn't expected Hiccup to strike her down from the dragon. She also hadn't expected scrawny Hiccup to befriend the beast. And well, Astrid ran, ready to go back to Berk and tell the others.
But she was promptly lifted from the ground and set down on a tree. And from there, well everything got a little weird. Hiccup took Astrid on a ride, on his dragon. At first, well it was quite freaky, the dragon diving and such, but the night sealed together with a kiss. After such events, Stoick did find out (when Hiccup went in the ring to a fight a Nightmare and Toothless came to rescue him). The captured black dragon and most of the adult viking left Berk, planning an attack the dragon's home. There, they encountered the Green Death, and the first vikings to ever ride dragons.
Through another series of events and dramatic explosion, a loss of a limb, and the fear for Hiccup's life, well, it ended in another kiss. Dragons were welcomed in Berk, their controller having been turned into charred bits. And everything looked happy for both vikings and dragons.
Word of Assassins traveled throughout the archipelago of Berk, and Hiccup was sent to become an agent in order to stop them. A little hurt, Astrid suppressed an urgent need to follow Hiccup into the battle of the two agencies. But she caved, unable to stay in Berk when scrawny Hiccup improved his own training, as well as got all the action. She wanted in.

Astrid wielded around, and in a flurry of blonde hair, and flying steel, and wooden splinters, a satisfied smile appeared on Astrid's lips. Her axe was deeply imbedded in the belly of a training dummy, lined up with many like it- torn to pieces of cloth. The blonde casually strolled over to the dummy, yanking out her axe and forcing it down with her booted foot. With a nice swing of her arm, her axe lay over her shoulder and the girl whistled as she walked back to her starting point. Her instructor was grimacing.
"What?" her voice was defensive, she hadn't done anything wrong. She had merely dealt with the scenario given. The grimace remained pressed on the man's lips and Astrid's jaw was set defiantly.
"It's just..." his voice was tentative, "You weren't supposed to 'kill' them."
"Oh." Astrid turned over her shoulder at her handiwork of torn and tattered 'assassins.' Filtering through her mind, she realized the man's instructions, she was actually only supposed to be attacking one. Without looking at the man again, she strolled off. That should prove she needed better training... she'd fought dragons for the gods sake!!! She'd let them sort her out, and she'd breeze through training and be on her way to an agent soon. She was honestly shocked she hadn't run into Hiccup. She thought she was bound to meet up with him sometime.
Astrid sighed, veered a left, and went to the free training ring. Planting her axe in the ground, Astrid prepared herself for some acrobatics.
Other: I reused the appearance and personality >.< Lazy me!
