Name: Gylfie
Age: I'd say a young adult.
Show/Movie: Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole
Appearance: One of the smallest owl breeds in the world, Gylfie is really short. Her feathers consist of a brick color and a cream color. Her eyes are really big and golden in color, her beak matching. Around her eyes are cream patterns, along with her stomach and inside of her wings.

height: 13.5 cm.
weight: 40 grams.
Personality: Gyflie is extremely smart, knowing her way around with the help of stars. The Elf Owl has a good sense of humor, until it comes to anything about her size. She's rather sensitive about her size since she's such a small owl, and she does have a tendancy to be a bit sarcastic. Overall, she is fairly tomboyish as she'd rather be around guys instead of girls, or do girly things. Gylfie can also be intimidated pretty easily.
History: Born in the Desert of Kuneer, Gylfie had fallen from her nest and became captured, sent to work as a picker. She met Soren, and the two became friends. When it was found out that owls were getting brainwashed by staring up at the moon in their sleep, Gylfie and Soren stayed up all night to keep themselves from becoming 'moonblinked.' As time went on, an owl called Grimble began to teach them how to fly. However, Grimble lost his life and the pair had to escape from their job as pickers. Along their travels, they met a burrowing owl named Digger and a Grey Owl named Twilight. The four of them formed the band, and went on a journey to the Great Tree. There, they began to learn about becoming guardians of the Tree. Until a fight with the Pure Ones occurred.
All four owls had to participate in the battle, and it was believed that Metalbeak, the leader of the Pure Ones, had been killed for good. The band returned to the Great Tree as Guardians of Ga'Hoole. However, as time went on, it was found out that humans still existed. When this was found out, not long after the Elf Owl became targeted. Because of this, the Great Tree sent her out to find the agency and stay protected.
Targeted By/Protected By: Unknown.
Sample Post:
Her gleaming ebony talons held open the map, golden eyes peering at where the assassins supposedly were to strike next. Gylfie needed some way to repay the agents that were protecting her, right? The Elf Owl's intelligence and navigation skills would have to suffice. A starry sky stood out from the beaming moon as the owl looked up to the sky. Reading the stars was something she often did, being a navigator.
Figuring out exactly where the locations on the map were, or near exact at least, her left foot took control of a pencil. How odd it was to have a pencil. She didn't have to write like an owl normally did. Gylfie's talons moved swiftly to the location of where the next target would take place. A smile appeared on her beak. Knowing this, she could probably live another day.
Or, another night. "And... finished. Well, that was certainly... boring."
