((December 7th closed to Sinbad, Marina, and Eris.))
What was she doing out here so late again? Oh yeah, she wanted to get out of the headquarters. Sinbad wa sbeing obnoxious yet again, so she left and took a walk before she decided to throw a toaster at him. It was rather late, and probably dangerous, but she wasn't about to go back. How she had ever fallen for that man was beyond her. But whatever, it was over now. She found a bench on the sidewalk and sat down on, looking up at the stars. So peaceful, if anybody disturbed her they'd certainly get an earful.
She let out a sigh and let her mind wander, momentarily letting her gaurd down. Which could turn out to be a mistake.

Sinbad walked down the street, hands behind his head. Unlike Marina, he had not wanted to leave headquaters but thanks to Giselle, giving him that evil stink eye of hers, he hadn't really had the choice. She had pretty much told him to go apologize and clear his head before she called on reinforcements.
What was so great about looking pretty anyways? Apparently a lot since all that girl had to do was smile and she had most of the agents helping her. Well not him. He was not about to apologize to Marian either. He knew that Eris was up to something, even if she didn't believe him. However, seeing her on the bench in front of townsquare was harder than he thought.
Even after they had broken up, he couldn't keep his eyes off her. 'Damn that woman.' he thought looking up at the sky from his own spot. He didn't want to approach her yet.

Unfortunately for Sinbad, she sensed another staring at her and lifted her head up to see who it was. She rolled her blue eyes in annoyance when she saw it was him. Hadn't he caused her enough headaches? He probably wanted to gloat about how he had sucessfully driven her out of the building for the time being. Men.
"What do you want, Sinbad?" she asked in annoyance. "Lemme geuss, you don't think a woman can handle herself out here at night?" She asked mockingly.

Sinbad flinched at her tone but decided not to act on it right away. "Oh, i'm sorry i thought this was a free country. I could go wherever i wanted." he said crossing his arms. He didn't mind one bit what she thought of him. In fact, he was pretty sure she felt the same way. "As a matter of fact, i believe that some women can't handle themselves at night, like the girl in pink. The one that sings and talks to animals." He didn't bother remembering Giselle's name, but if she was out here, then there would be no way she could make it through one second.

"Giselle can handle herself a lot better than you think. And she happens to be my partner thank you." She said crossly. Truthfully, she didn't know if that was true, Giselle didn't look like much, but she couldn't be a top agent for nothing, rigth? "And whether it was a free country or not doesn't matter, you have no respect for the law, remember?" She said. Then again, she'd like to meet a pirate that did have respect for the law.
"So?" She asked impatiently "What are you doing out here? I thought for sure you'd be celebrating that I was finally gone."

Sinbad rolled his eyes. "Yeah, uh-huh. Whatever." he replied. He hated himself right now, celebrating wasn't exactly the right term to be used since Marina was pretty much his superior in the agency. One in which he had complained to Naveen (several times, maybe more) "I needed to get away from your partner, she was trying to get me to share my feelings." he said, making up the best excuse that he could think of.
"I needed to get out of there before it turned all girly and unicorns and rainbows."

"Mhmm." Marina said with a roll of her eyes. "She's not that bad y'know." She said, defending the perky red head. "I mean...she takes a while to get used to, that's for sure, but if you actually gave her a chance you migh like her." She said. Who was she kidding? This was Sinbad, he never liked girls unless they were unbeleivable gorgeous. "And I'm sure whatever she was doing to annoy you, you deserved it." Sinbad deserved everything he got, it just made it that much sweeter when she was promoted to second in command. If she really wanted to she could make his life hell.

Sinbad rolled his eyes. "Yeah, because apparently in her eyes I am a horrible person that was the spawn of an evil witch and a handsome prince but got the worst end of the bargian that is horrible to women and that if i didn't apologize to you then I don't deserve a happily ever after." he shrugged. "Whatever that is."
The pirate had never understood happily ever afters since his life sucked since he was a kid. He couldn't believe this, oh Giselle was probably going to get him for this. "Look, to be fair, maybe I kind of pushed it a little. but still, you had no right to throw fruit at me."

"Well I wouldnt go so far as to say shes wrong." Marina said teasingly. True she harbored spite for the man who broke her heart, but if he was willing to be civil and not be a child (like he ALWAYS was) she could do the same. Though she doubted it would last. One of them (Usually Sinbad) always did something to screw up any peace between the two.
At his next words she quirked an eyebrow. Was he trying to apolagize? That was a surprise. He hardly ever apolagized to anybody. In his defense neither did she. She sighed. she supposed it was her turn to apolagize for overreacting, right? Great. "I geuss I kind of took it a little too far too, huh?" She asked.

"You threw fruit at me Marina, i am surprised you didn't use something more heavy." Sinbad snickered. He was at least glad to not really having them fighting, though if that would last was one thing Sinbad was not sure of. "So, yeah, for the most part i am sorry for what i said."
He was not sorry for knowing that he had left for a good reason, he knew that eris was behind it. Even if Marina didn't believe it. He shook his head before looking out at the sky again. "I am surprised how many new recruits we are getting, the majority of being kids."

"What? I was angry!" She said defensively. "I grabbed the first thing I could find. But I'm sorry, next time I'll be sure to reach for the heavy machinery." She said sarcastically. It was as if he wanted her to hit him. If he kept it up she just might. Sinbad had a way of making her irritated.
"Me too." She said with a shrug. "Normally I'd be opposed to kids fighting, but most of them seem to know how to handle themselves rather well." She said.

Sinbad smirked, he liked getting her angry, but at most time, now he really hated seeing her angry at him. It was hard to be fighting with the one and only girl that he fell in love with. If he knew that things were going to be that bad he wondered what it would have been like if she and Proteus had actually gotten married.
"I don't know about that, i think some of them need to get serious and stop thinking of it as a game." he replied. "But hey, if they can help get rid of the assassins on the street then by all means give them a gun."

"There's that motherly instinct." A light sneer came from the shadows and yellow eyes illuminated the dark spot Eris had appeared. She'd been listening to the two bicker for a while, and she was quite sad that the chaos hadn't escalated. "Don't you love kids getting thrown against assassins?" Her purple, smoking, body drifted over to her two favorite people in the whole world. "And Sinbad! YES, do hand out the guns." She rolled her eyes. Just to rub salt in the wound, Eris let her long fingers brush over Sinbad's shoulder as she turned to circle the pair.
"You were always such a lovely couple. How are things for the nice pair?" She let out a wide grin, blinking her eyes in an earnest fashion. Her ebony hair, wafted in the air, twisting and curling caught in the invisible tides. She was having fun already, waiting for reactions, it had been sort of dull lately. Eris still believed in the potential of Sinbad's black heart, and she wasn't bound to let go of her opinion to easily. Her eyes traveled over Sinbad and Marina, cherishing the moment, as well as wishing for more fighting to ensue.
(Hope's it not to early to jump in)

(ooc: not at all, Eris in fact i am glad that you came in)
Sinbad tensed as Eris brushed past him. Why did she have to look so hot? Gosh darn it, she was trying to seduce him again. It wouldn't work this time. "Hey look Marina, its our good friend Eris." he replied casually. "What brings you here? Don't you have worlds to destory or something like that." his brown eyes watched her carefully. It was strange that she would come by herself, glancing around, Sinbad was sure that this was some kind of trick. The goddess was always like that. Tricky.
"Well, if you must know Eris, because of you, we aren't really together anymore." he said. "I left to try to see what you were up to and she threw fruit at me."
