((Blame one of my favorite youtube videos for the lame title X3 Set a few hours after Trapped like Rats, for Musa and Riven only. The different cell thing will only be temporary if you want, Layla.))
Musa was alone. They had sepparated her and Layla for the time being. She had to give them credit. Keep her away from the only friend she had in here until she cracked. They really were evil. Despite being tired and hungry and having a massive headache, the person she was worried about the most was Layla. She didn't know the Trix as well as Musa or the others, though she didn't doubt she knew they were bad. Especially after what they had put the two through.
She wished she could bust out of the chains grab Layla and get the heck out of there, but she couldn't. The chains were too strong and her powers were too weak. So here she was, sitting alone in her pathetic cell, awaiting a miracle to get her out.
"Somehow we'll get out of here, Layla." She said, though she knew the princess couldn't hear her.

Damn it. Damn them all. Why did he have to be the one stuck with torture duty? It was bad enough that his sister had pratically started skipping around the room singing that he hadn't done anything but to make things worse now he actually had to talk to the prisoners. Eris had said nothing about torturing but it was ensured.
He stopped half way to stare at the cell he was assigned. Double crap.

Musa heard very faint footsteps out of her cell. Great more torture. She narrowed her eyes in anger and annoyance. The assassins never let up, did they? "Hey! Whose out there?!" She demanded. "If you witches have come to see if I'll beg fro mercy or something you can go jump off a cliff!" She said glaring at the door. SHe didn't know who was behind it but she wasn't cooperating, no matter what they did to her.

"Well then you are lucky i am not a witch, i don't think i would look good in a dress anyways." Riven said stepping closer to the light to see her. "Besides i am not doing torture today just patrolling." Liar. Maga liar! He wasn't about to come up and say "hey i just wanted to make sure you haven't died yet."

Musa's navy eyes widened when she heard his all too familiar voice. The same one that had snubbed her when she was begging for help getting away from witches, the one that had betrayed her on more than one occaison. It was a wonder she still had feelingd for him at all. Double agent or not, he imprisoned her and Layla. She got it was for her cover, but she couldn't help being angry. She tried to get up and run towards him, ready to give him a good smack, but the chains held her back.
"You're lying." She spat. "Just like you lied about everything else." Commi sense was long gone, in it's place was nothing but anger. "Why are you even here? Come to make an even bigger fool out of me than you already have?" She said.

"What did i do?" Riven snapped. "I was just doing my job!" he glared at her. So much for a happy reunion. "and of course you wouldn't care about me hating it would you?" This was not going to end well if anyone else came by. He hated it, all this yelling was giving him a serious migraine

"What did you do?" She said in disbelief. "I'm chained to a wall while my friend is god knows where. But I'm sure you're perfectly innocent anyways. You know, nevermind that you shot Stella and are currently targetting Flora." She said with a spiteful roll of her eyes. "I heard your little conversation a few days ago, I know what's going on. But that doesn't make it any better." She said.
"So don't say I don't care!" She said. "I care, but I can't stand by and watch while you try and slaughter me and my friends." She said glaring at him.

"Then talk to Naveen about it not me!" Riven said, "Because as long as no one else can do this job i'm stuck with it!" he replied. "I have to do what that crazy evil chaos woman tells me and it doesn't help that the person i had to kill is one of your friends Musa!"

"Shh!" She said. "Do you WANT to be found out?" she said. She may have hated his guts right about now, but she didn't want to see him get hurt. Something about him always kept her coming back, no matter how much he hurt her, which was a lot, there was always something.
"You didn't have to accept the job." She muttered childishly. "I know you're just doing your job." She said, this time calmer. "But it doesn't make it...hurt...any less." She said. Great, here she was admitting weakness to someone who was essentially her enemy, she felt so stupid.

(ooc: too lazy to switch back to Riven account)
"Maybe i do!" Riven said. "I am pretty much always getting those evil little glares that those leeches give me. Not to mention my sister running around singing. "You can't do anything, you can't do anything. Gosh her voice is annoying."
He hadn't meant to tell her about his sister right away but what else could he say. Eris was pretty much almost trusting him. "As for the job, sure i didn't have to, but who else would take it. Marina and Sinbad are already on Eris's hit lists. You know very well Wilbur would screw things up the instant he got in here. "
He didn't want to mention Rainbow Dash, she would be in soo much trouble. Bloom and Stella were public enemies on the Trix's list. "As much as it kills me, i will probably be able to get what i'm looking for soon and then quit this job."

((XD We're all lazy today, though I'm lucky enough to be stuck on the account I actually need.))
Musa was a bit taken aback by his outburst. Though she was also surpised he had a sister. "You have a sister?" She questioned raising an eyebrow before realizing she was getting off topic. He didn't want to get caught, he was just saying that, right? "Ugh, Nevermind. Chalk that up to one of the other things you neglected to tell me." She said with a roll of her eyes. "The point is, you get caught you're going to be chained to the wall right next to me, and then we'll be nowhere all over again." She said stubbornly.
At his explaination she rolled her eyes again. "Those three aren't the only agents there." She grumbled under her breath. She was about to suggest herself, before remembering the trio of tacky dressers were all here as well. Darcy and Stormy would have killed her before she even set foot in the building. "Fine." She said with a childish pout. "You had to take the job, I get it." Though her tone betrayed what she said, it sounded as if she was forcing herself to understand him. She was beginning to regret coming to the agency in the first place. What if she had just stayed out of it? Where would she and her friends be? More importantly where would she and Riven be? Well, wherever it was it had to be better than where they were now.
"And then what?" She said. "Just come back to the agency like nothing happened?"

"Yeah, you mean you haven't met the annoying pink haired pigtailed girl?" he asked the question more to himself than to anyone else. Glancing around, seeing that no one else was around he decided to take a seat. "For the most part, i haven't regretted taking this job, being an agent. It's kind of exciting, plus once htis is over i get to kick the witches butts again."
If he didn't get caught. That would be the only problem. "If it comes to leaving the agency and this city for good then i'll do it but i might not like it but what choice do I have? I can't let all those agents die if i don't do it right."

"No...but I suppose I should count myself lucky then, right?" She said. From the way he described her, she didn't seem pleasant at all, and the Trix were the only snotty witches she could deal with this time around. As she listened to him, she couldn't help but disagree. She was beginning to regret taking the job at all. Her life was pretty much in shambles at this point. The guy she liked was her enemy, her best friend lost her powers and was currently being targeted by him. Oh, and there was the lovely fact that she was captured at the moment.
However, what he said next made her feel selfish. He was going this to save people and she could only think of herself and the effect it had on her life. Sure he was far from blameless. But she realized her horrid attitude probably wasn't making this unbearable job easier. She didn't know if she'd ever come to understand why he made this sacrifice, or if she'd ever be 100% okay with it, but whatever the reason, she knew he was struggling with it. She didn't want him to leave the city. "I...I'm sure it won't come to that." She said. "Leaving the city, I mean. Nobody's going to die or anything." Who was she kidding? SHe couldn't make that promise to anybody. People very well could die, she just didn't want to believe it.
God, she wished she could just go back to Alfea and forget any of this...
